Hi, I’m Sara

I’m a Melbourne mum of two, and a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant.

I know what 3am desperation feels like. I've sat on the bathroom floor rocking a baby who just wouldn't settle, wondering if I was doing something wrong. I wasn't, and neither are you.

After training in evidence-based sleep science, I now help families across Melbourne and Australia find sleep solutions that actually work for their family, gently, without cry-it-out, and without compromising the trust and connection you've worked so hard to build.

Every plan I create is personalised. No one-size-fits-all guides, no cookie-cutter routines. Just me, getting to know your baby and your family, and working alongside you until you're all sleeping better.
