About Me
Hi, I’m Sara – mum of two beautiful girls (Chloe aged 4 and Isabella aged 1), a Melbourne-based certified baby sleep consultant, and your biggest cheerleader on the path to better rest.
Like so many parents, I know what it feels like to run on empty — exhausted, emotionally stretched, and unsure of what to try next. Through my own journey with my daughters’ sleep, I discovered just how important rest truly is — not just for our little ones, but for our mental health, our relationships, and our sense of self.
That experience sparked a passion in me to help other families navigate the often overwhelming world of baby and toddler sleep. I now work with parents in Melbourne and across Australia to create gentle, evidence-based sleep solutions that honour your child’s needs and your unique parenting style.
What I Believe
Every family deserves support without judgment.
Sleep solutions should feel supportive, not stressful.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to baby and toddler sleep.
You shouldn’t have to choose between sleep and connection.
My methods are nurturing, responsive, and flexible — I never use “cry-it-out” unless it’s something you specifically want. Most families who come to me are looking for gentle sleep support that creates long-term changes without compromising attachment or trust.
Whether you’re stuck in nap chaos, dealing with bedtime battles, or completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice — I’m here to walk alongside you. To coach you, support you, and remind you that you’re doing an amazing job.
