3. What ages do you work with?

4. Do you use “cry it out”?

5. Can a sleep consultant help with newborns?

IYes! While newborns (0–3 months) are too little for structured sleep training, I can help you set up a healthy sleep environment, recognise early tired cues, and establish gentle foundations for better sleep as your baby grows. I can also equip you with some amazing settling techniques to help your little one feel more safe and secure as they adapt to world outside of the womb.

6. Do you only work with families in Melbourne?

I’m based in Melbourne, but I also work with families across Australia and worldwide through online consultations. Thanks to video calls and personalised sleep plans, you can get the same level of support from the comfort of your home.

7. What happens during a consultation?

During your consultation, we’ll go through your child’s sleep history, daily routine, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll then create a personalised sleep plan tailored to your child and your family’s lifestyle. You’ll also receive follow-up support to make sure you feel confident implementing the changes.

8. How long does it take to see results?

Every family is different, but most parents start to notice positive changes within the first few days of implementing their plan. Gentle, consistent strategies are the key to long-term sleep success.

9. What if I’ve already tried everything?

You’re not alone — most families I work with feel this way. Often, it just takes a fresh perspective and expert guidance to spot what’s missing. Together, we’ll simplify things and create a clear, step-by-step approach.

10. Can a sleep consultant help with my mental health?

I’m not a therapist, but as a mum who has experienced postnatal depression and anxiety, I deeply understand how lack of sleep can impact your mental health. My role is to ease the pressure, give you practical strategies, and support you so you feel less stressed and more confident.

Payment & Bookings FAQs

1. How do I book a consultation?

You can book directly through my website by choosing the sleep support package that best suits your family. As a Melbourne-based baby sleep consultant, I also work with families online across Australia and worldwide. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and a short intake form to complete before our consultation. Feel free to reach out via email if you’d like to book in directly through me.

2. When is payment taken?

Payment is taken securely during checkout via Stripe. This confirms your booking and secures your consultation time with me as your baby and toddler sleep consultant. No appointments will be conducted without payment being made prior.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment system and PayPal. This means families across Melbourne, Australia, and overseas can easily access my online sleep consultant services.

4. Do you offer refunds?

Because my time is reserved exclusively for your family once you book, I don’t offer refunds for cancellations. However, I do allow rescheduling with notice (see below).

5. Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes — I know life with little ones is unpredictable! You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your booking at no extra cost. Just contact me by email to arrange a new time.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

At this stage, all consultations are charged in full at the time of booking. If you’re considering one of my larger packages and need flexibility, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to support families.

7. Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment platform. Your credit card details are never stored on my website, so you can feel confident booking your sleep consultation online.

8. What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?

No problem! You can book a free discovery call to talk through your current challenges. From there, I’ll recommend the best newborn, baby, or toddler sleep support package for your family.
